Yes, you can get into colleges in Australia, provided you clear IELTS with a band score of at least 6.5. The best colleges accept IELTS score of 7.5 and above though. Also, you need to clear GMAT. Good luck.

You must have a Bachelor degree from a reputed university to take admission in Australian universities. Many universities ask for the relevant work experience for admission. So, if you have 1 or 2 years of experience, it will benefit for you. IELTS Exam or TOEFL, you need to take either of the exams for admission to an MBA course in Australia. It is mandatory to present a letter of reference from college lecturers or concerned authority that elevates admission process. Lastly, you will get scholarship if your past academic qualification was good.
