You should go in the field based on your subject of interest. According to your subject interests, you should go for MBA.

The decision would be based on your interest areas and long term career plans. If you want to pursue a career in academics / research areas then M.Com would be a better option However if you want to move into general management / operations side then MBA would be better. CS is a specialised professional course and it has a different career path which deals with company law & legal domain.

I would like to suggest you one thing that first of all, you choose your conference subject and decide what to do in future if you are trying to do CS. I would like to suggest you that start preparing for CS right now as you have a good chance of doing CS and in future, for CS students there is a wide scope. It will be the best option for your future and in other ways, if you want to do MBA and I would like to suggest you that you go for top B-Schools.

I think you should prepare for entrance exams like CAT to take admission in top B-School for MBA.
