I am a student of class 11 (science) and want to do BCA, can you tell me about the scope and eligibility for it?

If you are a Science Student, then your first priority should be to go for B.Tech in CSE/IT. If you can get admission into B.Tech, then you should definitely pursue B.Tech without giving it a second thought. And, if you aren't eligible for B.Tech, then BCA is also a good course to pursue and enter into IT Industry. For admission into BCA you need to score at least 45% in your +2, if you can score and meet this criteria then you can get admission very easily. The scope of any course depends upon the caliber of the candidate.

Eligibility Criteria: 10+2 Science stream students with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects, who have passed board examination from a recognised board, are eligible to pursue this course. Minimum marks criteria may exist, in case of many Institutes. It may vary between 40-50% marks in PCM (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) subjects.
