Class 10th CGPA says nothing about your level of understanding of concepts and no one can calculate the probability of qualifying JEE Advanced. If you work hard in the right direction then you can obviously crack JEE Advanced. So my advice would be that you start studying with full concentration and give mock tests then only you'll be prepared for the exam.

Do your best in class 12th and score higher than 75%, prepare well for JEE Mains and Advanced. 10% doesn't matter in JEE Mains. Focus on class 12 and JEE mains. Prepare well for it from now.

For Mains and Advance only class12th percentage is seen for eligibility i.e. greater than 75%, and if you qualify Mains, then only you are eligible for advance. So, your probability clearly depends upon how you study.

It is great that you are preparing for JEE Mains + advance. The thing is, you need to score good marks in class 12th, the eligibility criteria i.e. 75% marks minimum and good marks in Mains. After you qualify for Advance, it totally depends on your potential. You need to work hard during your preparation and you'll easily qualify your advance test. You just need to work hard on all the major topics.

Firstly, 10th CGPA does not matter in JEE Mains and advanced. Or there is not any probability. It depends on your interest and how much time you will give to it and how well you are prepared. Your CGPA is very good. So, you should go for it and try hard. Best of luck.
