Yes, it is possible. You can take admission if you fulfill the eligibility criteria. The criteria is pass with 50% aggregate marks in Bachelors degree (any discipline) (with mathematics as a subject) or B.Tech or BE or B.Sc (engineering) or equivalent. Yes, you can pursue M.Sc. in mathematics after completing BE in Mechanical. You need to have a minimum grade point average or percentage in your undergraduate field of study, and you may also have to appear for an entrance exam to get admission into a college of your choice. Other than that I don't see any roadblocks. You should get in touch with the admissions department of the college for their eligibility criteria.
