Yes, according to the latest notification of NEET 2018 and JEE Mains 2018, it is compulsory to have an Adhaar Card during the submission of the application form. According to this, it is compulsory for a candidate to carry Adhaar Card for appearing in the exam. Without Adhaar card, candidates would not be allowed for sitting in the examination hall. So, make sure you have a valid Adhaar card with you. Contact the nearby Adhaar card centre for any problem.
