Should I fill the 'freeze your branch' form after getting the desired number 1 choice in the first round?

No need to do that. As you got your choice 1 branch, there is no way to degrade to lower branch or upgrade from there. You are safe. Your branch will automatically be frozen as you got your first choice.

If you already have got the first choice in your choice filling list, then you can't be upgraded any more, so you don't need to freeze your branch. Still if you want to be sure of getting that branch, you may try and freeze it.

Yes, if you get the desired college, you should freeze but if you are expecting a nice college go for slide or float depending on your marks. All the best for your bright future.

No, since you got your choice 1 branch, there is no way to degrade to lower branch or upgrade from there. You are safe. Your branch will automatically be frozen as you got your first choice.

As per the saying, "opportunities do not knock on your door repeatedly", you should obviously go and freeze your branch. If you have already got what you wanted then I don't think that there is a need to take another chance.

Your branch will automatically get frozen but if you want to be safe if you don't want to take risk you can fill it too.
