Depends upon your area if interest if you are interested in management side of any organisation then definitely pursue MBA and start preparing for the respective entrance exams form now itself.

Yes, you can prepare for MBA exam if your graduation is completed or in the final year. It depends on your field of interest that you wanna do MBA or not. You have the benefits for MBA entrance exam preparation for other government exams too.

If you are engineer and have a knack for it while working in Capgemini, I will advise you against the going for MBA, because MBA is completely new field which you will enter and if you never had a liking for commerce and economics, it might just back fire.

If you have interested for management degree, start preparation seriously. Start with basic concepts like for maths, choose R. S. Agarwal. Also, practice reasoning, puzzle, solving problem and read news paper specially aditorial columm. This will also help you in the government sector exam like SSC banking, etc. My best wishes dear.
