Boopathy, with this CAT percentile it is not possible but yes you can apply for LPUNEST. After cracking the test, you can get admission in MBA. Your CAT score can fetch you tier two colleges but not above graded, LPU is good option you may try out, since your background qualifications and scores are pretty well.
