PCM in +2 will open your doors to a lucrative career in Engineering besides other academic options available. You will have to clear state/national level entrance examinations or equivalent to secure admissions to a B Tech programme. But if you are interested in accountancy and finance and wish to pursue careers in banking and Finance or Insurance sector, then commerce streams will have a better edge.

both having future demand but you need to know which courses are better for you with PCM you can go for engineering degree or some graduation degree like B.sc and if you want to drive your career in commerce field then you can do BBA or CA and make your career in financial sector ,you can see more valuable career-oriented courses after 12th

There is no advantage or disadvantage of any course. It depends on how your interest grows and how better you can perform. If you are interested in PCM and sure about making career in that field, then it’s the best for you. But if you’re going for it only because everybody is going for it and making careers ahead, then it’s a big NO. PCM will give a career in technology whereas commerce will take you to the direction of finance and business studies. Moreover, if you are planning for MBA later, commerce would be an add-on value.
