With B.Sc-BEd you are eligible for TGT roles only. With M.Sc-BEd you will be eligible for PGT roles in senior secondary schools.

B.Ed is Bachelors of Education and B.Sc is Bachelors of Science. Both are Bachelor degrees. By doing B.Ed, you can go for TGT. M.Sc is a Masters degree in Science so if you go for M.Sc -B.Ed, you can go for PGT. TGT stands for Trained Graduate Teacher where as PGT stands for Post Graduate Teacher. I hope this helps.

B.Ed and B.Sc are two different degree courses. If you want to make your career in teaching line, then opt for B.Ed after B.Sc. On the other hand, if you want to do Ph.D, then opt for M.Sc after completing B.Sc.

There is no difference between B.Ed after graduation and PG. Graduation in concerned subjects is the eligibility criteria for getting admission into B.Ed. If you have PG With B.Ed, you will get job in higher classes and higher secondary.
