The executive MBA (EMBA) is designed for students with years of work experience in executive or leadership roles typically, these students are between 32 and 42-years-old. Part-time MBA programs are often seen as less competitive than full-time programs and can take longer than two or three years to complete. Both are good as per the circumstances, the candidates can take anyone in order to enhance there skills & expertise in the relevant field without the disruption of there work. Honestly speaking, it depends upon the candidate's ability to take on a subject as much as possible from the professors, and excel in the relevant field of work.

In Part-time MBA course, you are taught management lessons right from the grass root level but over a longer period of time (3 years minimum). The curriculum is so designed that one gets to learn all starting aspects of management as well as the subjects which are connected to it such as Finance, HR, etc. whereas Executive MBA is generally meant for Entrepreneurs seeking to gain a more structured and relevant understanding of the current business environment, working professionals with specific functional responsibilities and aspiring for larger roles, working executives seeking to prepare themselves for managerial positions and accelerate their career aspirations in national and multinational organizations. If you have good working experience and can take an year of break in between then go for Executive MBA from a very reputed institute. But, if your work experience is not proper or if it is less, then opt for Part-time MBA course.
