It depends upon your interest. If you have passion for teaching, then you can go for B.Ed. Otherwise, if you want to study more, than you can go for further studies.

You can pursue B.Ed after completing BA rather than MA in English or sociology. This will help you to get a teaching job. Otherwise, opt for MA in sociology and then you can go for social work or research work in the same field.

First, you need to choose according to your interest. If you want to become a teacher, you can do B.Ed while if you will do MA, there will be a wide scope for the subject.

I will suggest you to go for B.Ed first. It will open your path for teaching line job, because earning is must. After that, you can do MA or some other courses as your wish/requirements.
