If you want to join civil services then I will suggest you to choose law from any leading law university like NLUD or NLS, etc.

Whatever be the Course, study well and do well. Your academic performance helps you tremendously. Then, think of your general study. Always, take your notes and make it systematic. Index your notes carefully. Improve your communication skills and personality.

To become an IAS Officer, it will be better that you take B.A. Politics etc. There is no problem, if you take any of the courses mentioned, but B.A. Is little bit better than B.Tech or B.Sc.

It is better to opt for B.Sc and start preparing for IAS. You will get more time to focus on IAS preparation in case of B.Sc, whereas B.Tech would require a lot of time to get through.

I would suggest you to go for B.Sc, because in B.Tech you don't get time for IAS preparation. Your whole time will go on studying B.Tech, so choose B.Sc.
