The main criteria is high academic percentage, so you got to focus on your studies and score high. Since you are applying for a Master’s programme, you are expected to have a very strong research oriented background or at least you must display interest in research. Terrific projects, demonstration of innovative ideas, papers, patents etc. Are very important for a master degree applicant. You should also know some German language, it is not mandatory but still advisable to build your profile. Recommendation letters from your professors, internship supervisors etc. must be excellent.
