Rupesh, you can choose any specialisation like Operations, HR, Marketing, Finance in MBA. If you want to remain in Technical field you can choose Operations and if want to explore other sectors you can choose the other options. You should decide based on your interest and what kind of job you are looking for.

Your graduation doesn't matter to choose your specialization in MBA. It is based on your skills and interests. You just have to think how you want to see yourself in future i.e. as an HR manager, marketing manager etc. But a little part of your BE subjects are related to operations management. Choose wisely.

Yes, MBA is the good choice for Engineering graduates. Engineering candidates will get good opportunities with MBA Course. MBA+B.Tech is the highest qualification in India. With this You will be having chance to get good opportunities in the top companies. If You do MBA course from top business schools, then You will be having chance to get good opportunities directly in to senior level managements and middle level managements. Even in the admission procedure also, Top Business Schools will give more preference to the Engineering graduates. I Think Operations Management will be the best choice for Electrical Engineering Candidate for getting good opportunities Marketing management -Finance management -Logistics management -Supply chain management -International Business -Textile management

It totally depends on what your interests are because in the end, you should be happy with what you do in life, so stick with your interests and for engineers every field is kind of new, so doesn't matter. You will anyway get exposure to all kinds of subjects in first year.
