It's very difficult to get admission into any college with this score. So, either you can reappear next year or can join any other course. Focus on your studies. All the best.

No, you will not get any seat. Prepare yourself to score more approximately 500 marks, you will get a good college, for SC/ST. You have to score minimum 360 to get a seat in Government College.
