If you are good with programming skills then you must go for M.Tech because it's all about your master of the basics you've learnt in B.Tech. But if you don't have any interest in what you've learnt in B.Tech then you can go for another M.Sc MBA.

I would like you to go for the MBA, because the scope of MBA is really good for the candidate who has an technical background he/she can get many good opportunities, if you can manage to score really good percentile in CAT exam, so you may get any of the top B Schools of India, which can assure you a really good and happening career. Even you can go for M.Tech, but again you have to score really good marks in the GATE exam, so you have to work hard for both the exams. So, try to clear any of the two both are good, but I will suggest you to go with MBA.

If you do MBA, you will perceive both managerial and technical skills. So, you will have better job opportunities later on. So, pursue MBA, if you like to study real life situations.

If you are interested in Higher Studies or research in the same stream then you may go for M.Tech, else M.Sc would be a good option. You should have 55% marks for B.Tech/BE and a valid score of GATE. I am enlisting a few good colleges for M.Tech: IIT Roorkee, IIT Guwahati, DTU, IIT Varanasi, IIT Dhanbad, NIT Surathkal, NIT Tiruchirappalli, NIT Warangal, NIT Calicut, Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar, Punjab, College of Engineering, Anna University, DTU, VIT, BITS, IIIT Hyderabad, IIEST Howrah, College of Engineering Pune, Jadavpur University, IIIT Allahabad, and Anna University If you are not interested in learning technology anymore, only then you should pursue MBA. You should have cleared anyone entrance test (such as CAT/MAT/XAT/NMAT/CMAT/GMAT/NEST) and should also have a min of 45% to 55% in your Bachelors. You can do MBA in any specializations of your interest. Some Good Colleges are: IIMS, XLRI Goa Institute of Management Lovely Professional University-Punjab K. J. Somaiya Institute Mumbai D. Y. Patil University.

It completely depends on your study choices. The more you go up in any corporate sector, you are expected to have better management skills in your workplace so your MBA is highly valued. That takes place when you are senior and technically better that peers in your field which is often depicted by you doing M.Tech. So, all depends on you. Top brass has both, but lesser than those designations, you need M.Tech for engineering only jobs with less administration workloads and for management purposes, you need an MBA.

Depends on your interests. If you want to stick with technical field fo m.tech otherwise you can choose mba or m.sc. and my advice i that you take m.tech if you are topper of your class.
