It depends upon your skills. MBBS is obviously good but to get a chance, it is equally too tough. The alternative is pharmacy. If you have interest in medicine related line, you can take pharmacy. I am a pharmacy student.

MBBS is better if you are getting into it. Admission to MBBS required good marks in Common Entrance Examination and Career prospect is also wider in MBBS.

If you have good knowledge, patience, interest and a pocket full of cash then opt for MBBS, but if you want to do little struggle and enjoy your whole life with the minimum amount of workload, then opt for B.Pharm. B.Pharm and MBBS are two different courses with varying set of values.

Well, MBBS is a better option according to me but depends on you how much you are dedicated to a subject. You can also make a great career at B.Pharma if you are dedicated for it.
