NIT, Rourkela is obviously the better one. It offers better education and yes NIT is known for its placements. It also offers many student-friendly programmes so that you will have a good experience studying there. I will say, NIT-Rourkela as it's far better in academics and much cheaper. Yes, it has the best club culture and you get to study in the 2nd largest campus in the country.
