First of all, anything that you like and passionate about is good for you and so you are the best judge whether technology or business is more attractive to you. Most importantly, your skills, the employability skills are the most vital qualities you have to develop in yourself without which whether you are in a job or business, you will remain less successful. And these are not something taught by colleges and universities.

BBA+MBA is a commerce field students line while B.Tech is science field lines. Nothing is good and nothing is bad. It purely depends on your interest. If you are interest in business line then go for BBA+MBA, otherwise in technology line go for B.Tech or BCA.

Whereas, Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) and Master of Technology (M.Tech) will be giving you a full knowledge of the field of technology that no other combination can give. Now, when you are thinking of Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) and Master of Business Administration (MBA), you have an opportunity to learn both technology and management. Talking of career growth, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) will be giving you a job at the managerial role. Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) and Master in Technology (M.Tech) will be landing you basically in a technical team of the company, whereas, Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) will land you on a head of a Tech company or even in a large MNC.
