Amit, with experience in retail, you should go for MBA in retail management or upply Chain and Logistics/E-commerce etc. The admission to MBA is through tests like CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ GMAT etc., where you get admission in IIM, XLRI, etc. Other than these tests, there are university specific tests conducted by various universities like Lovely Professional University, Manipal University, etc. for admission to various specialisations of MBA.
