both are valuable. but BCA are completely job based course. for gain good job I suggest to do BCA . all the best.

According to me, BCA is better than B.Sc because BCA is more concerned with software technology and its applications in practical than B.Sc.

B.Sc IT is the preferred course, but you can also pursue BCA to become an ethical hacker because both the course have good scope and provide you with enough knowledge about computer and it's applications.

B.Sc. In IT will be better as IT sector is ever growing and technical skills are always used in a company, so B.Sc. Will give you a wider scope than BCA. Regards.
