No, it is not considered as worthless, but some people of ordinary thinking will think that you were not been able to clear NEET in India, so you abroad to pursue MBBS. But, it will not affect your opportunities. The only problem with MBBS abroad is that there are few universities who teach it in English, that is why passing ratio of MCI FMGE test is very low.

Pursuing an MBBS in abroad will never considered worthless in India if you have done your MBBS from a recognised or MCI approved university or college. If you are going to get enrolled in any medical college, you must clear all the formalities. You can also contact any education consultant.

Never and if you pursue the same from a well-known university and country excelling in healthcare then you will be in demand here. Before applying though you must check if the institute abroad is approved by MCI because to practice in India you must clear the MCI test. If you are academically well off check universities in UK, Singapore, Australia, etc.
