In 2013 and 2014, CAT cut off for OBC in NITIE was 75 but in 2015 it was 85. So, the cut off mainly depends on the number of applications receives. So, if you are lucky this time i.e. in 2016 the cut off will be 75 again. So, there is a chance for you. Don't lose hope. All the best.
