If your mood swings, let it swing. Do whatever you feel like doing for that particular moment. Don’t suppress your momentary wishes. Keep fulfilling them. One day, you’ll just stop wishing. You’ll stop having such mood swings. Treat yourself like a parent treats a stubborn child.

Works for me.

 

I ultimately start feeling guilty for having wasted so much of my time and get back to work. This process has become faster over the years.

Preparation for competitive is quite long process. You have to give your time and quality effort to crack compition.

You can only control your emotional part by doing your work regularly with healthy mind and body; this is the key. .mood swings happen when our subconscious mind realise that we are lagging behind compition. Unknowingly we know at subconscious level that where we stand and how much effort need to do, but slowly the plan we did is not happen properly and this thing grab corner of our mind.

 

The only thing we can do to avoid this is, not think about it too much and starting working on it. Make a plan. Make a priority. And make it happen. Filling of complete something by doing it regularly is the best filling ever. It will boost your happiness harmone.
