Respected Governor, this is to bring your attention to the fact that on one of the most famous streets of KOLKATA, Minto park, we are having a MAJOR chaos caused by dwelling of hawkers without permits.
The hawkers have TAKEN the footpaths to be their residence and hence, that leaves no place for the PUBLIC to WALK which in turn enables them to walk on the road itself in one of the most accident prone regions in the city.
Therefore, it would be highly appreciated if you could provide a permanent problem to this menace.
