How can I become a test automation architect?

I cannot figure out the difference between a test automation architect and a test automation developer.

I think that a test automation developer should be able to

• design and create an automation framework; this is done by following good design and programming practices (see books below)
• create tests based on the automation framework
• design automation test cases
• provide solutions for automation projects
• set up Jenkins jobs for running the tests, sequentially or in parallel
• set up Jenkins slaves
• create the source control repository
• implement development processes for the automation team
