_x000D_ _x000D_ Typical Forgot Password flow on mobile app is like below, (nothing new, you have seen many times) 1) You forgot your password, so you hit the "forgot my password" button in the app 2) Type in your email and hit next 3) Check your email, tap the reset password link 4) The password reset web page opens in Safari 5) You enter your new password and save 6) Switch back to the app and log in using said new password However, with Universal and Deep Linking, why not open reset password link directly in app so no browser is involved? Like suggested by Curtis Herbert here: https://blog.curtisherbert.com/ios-9-universal-links-and-forgotten-passwords/ This is better UX, but do not see Apps using such flow. What could be drawbacks? Security flaw? Anything else?
