Direction: Study the following information carefully and answer the question given below.
Following are the conditions for selecting Manager - Finance in an ORGANIZATION.
The candidate must
(i) be at least 30 years and not more than 35 years as on 1. 11. 2009.
(ii) be a graduate in any discipline with at least 55% MARKS.
(iii) be a post graduate degree/diploma holder Management with Finance specialization with at least 60% marks.
(iv) have post - qualification work experience of at least six years in the finance department of an organisation.
(v) have secured at least 50% marks in the preliminary interview.
(vi) have secured at least 40% marks in the final interview.
In the case of a candidate who SATISFIES all the above condition
EXCEPT
(a) at (iv) above, but has post-qualification work experience of at least three years as Deputy Finance Manager in an organization, his/her case is to be referred to VP Finance.
(b) at (vi) above, but has obtained t lest 60% marks in the preliminary interview, his/her candidature is to be considered under wait list .

(iv) have post qualification work experience of at least six years in the finance department of an organization.
She has been working in Finance department in an organization for the past seven years after completing her postgraduate degree.
(v) have secured at least 50% marks in the preliminary interview.
She has secured 65% marks in the preliminary interview.
(vi) have secured at least 40% marks in the final interview.
She has secured 35% marks in the final interview.
(b) at (vi) above, but has obtained atleast 60% marks in the preliminary interview, his/her candidature is to be considered under wait list .
She has secured 65% marks in the preliminary interview.
