Why limited prime numbers are being shown? [on hold]

I am still a beginner and was trying to make a program that could tell the number of primes that come before the input number. The program works well for small numbers, but in case of large numbers it only shows prime numbers till 61. Why my program ends at this specific number? Thanx in advance for any help!
